Cupping Notes: berry, chocolate, almond
 
We crafted this blend of coffees to be smooth and easy drinking, while still offering complexity and intrigue. Each individual coffee in this blend is great, yet like peanut butter and jelly, they are even better together.
 
The star of the show is natural process Ethiopia Limmu, a very complex coffee that brings milk chocolate, strawberry-like acidity, and a luscious, creamy body. Rounding out the flavor profile is a washed Guatemala Huehuetenango, which brings a note of sweet praline almonds and amplifies the chocolate profile. This is a versatile blend, making for a wonderful pour over or a delicate espresso shot.
 
At Sugar Creek Coffee Roasters, we specialize in hand crafted, small batch, artisanal roasted coffee. While other commercial roasters typically have pre-roasted beans on the shelf, we are roasting fresh coffee each day, so you can be assured what is delivered to your door is the freshest coffee available.
